At Wrapped In Fibre, your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide high-quality yarn, books, and knitting accessories. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our refund and returns policy is outlined below to assist you.

Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

As a business operating in Australia, our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures with the product, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used yarn (as this affects the quality and resale value).
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Digital products, such as downloadable patterns or e-books.

Refunds

Refunds are offered in the following situations:

  1. Faulty or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with details and photographic evidence of the defect. We will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on your preference and the nature of the fault.
  2. Change of Mind: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully when purchasing.
  3. Incorrect Items Received: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 14 days. We will provide instructions for returning the item and send out the correct item at no additional cost.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at [email protected].


Shipping Costs

  1. Faulty, Defective, or Incorrect Items: For faulty or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping. A return shipping label will be provided.
  2. Change of Mind or Non-Faulty Returns: If we accept a return for non-faulty items (on a case-by-case basis), you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
